This new, one-day session will provide participants with activities to improve reading fluency and increase reading comprehension. Teachers of kindergarten – third grade students are encouraged to attend. Fluency building activities for students will be discussed and modeled using explicit methods for instruction. Methods for monitoring a student’s progress toward the mastery of fluency will be included. This session carries .6 CEUs for teachers or 5 SEMI credits for career level administrators. Bring Teacher's Edition to the training.
